Jackbit is now called Jack, a bit shorter, more brandable and way better looking. Here we go through what Indian players need to know and discuss what really changed.

After being live for almost six years, it was time for a signifiant overhaul. To us, it seems like changes in the frontend framework and possibly the programming language and image rendering, making the site way quicker. Now, images load much faster, the UI is cleaner and there is less lag on mobile. Old javascript files are removed and a images are rendered in a modern way.

Why did Jackbit become Jack
Jackbit simply rebranded to Jack which gives the brand a shorter and more modern identity. After being around for close to 6 years, it was long overdue with a change so images loads faster and the website in general is quicker. They took the opportunity to choose a name that was easier to remember and that looks cleaner on mobile devices, while feeling more international. Rebranding is quite common in the casino space when they want to refresh the brand appeal, image or wider the audience. The new Jack website really looks way better and it’s clear that they’ll benefit from the updated look and feel.

For Indian players, the biggest question is whether anything beyond the name actually changed. From what we noticed so far, lots of the core still feels very familiar, but some localization and branding details appear different.

What stayed the same?
A lot of the overall experience still feels similar to the old Jackbit site. The casino layout, many of the games, the sportsbook section, and several promotions still have a familiar structure on Jack (see casino review). Existing players will probably notice that the overall design philosophy is still similar, which was probably the point. So while the branding changed, this does not currently look like a completely new casino built from scratch. You’ll notice that the navigation (sidebar) is identical and all categories are just like the latest version of Jackbit. It’s probably a gradual change to not confuse old and existing players. For us, it seems like the latest design on jackbit from March 2026 was simply rolled over to the new brand name. They use the same support system

Is it only a brand change or a completely new casino?
While lots stayed the same, there are some surprising changes as well. Different localization priorities, like removing Hindi. But why? They had the Hindi language option on all subpages before, but now it’s only available for a handful of landing pages. Let’s hope it changes back to how it was soon again. The web design and UX is way better on Jack compared to Jackbit, but it’s simply a renewed version and not really a brand new casino.

Changes in bonus and welcome offers
The bonus structure appears to have been refreshed and more clear after the rebrand. The new bonus is 150% up to โ‚น20,000 with 20x wagering requirement. Annoyingly enough, the maximum withdrawal is 10x the bonus amount which feels a bit restrictive. Also, you can only play slots and live games are not accepted when using the bonus. We like to see that the bonus comes in INR and not dollars, but it should be consistent everywhere on the site and not a mix of dollars and rupees.

How did tournaments change?
There are way more tournaments now then before. Currently, Jack’s weekly casino competition is running with a 40,000 USD price pool for the top 30 biggest players (those that wagered the most). In a similar manner, there is now also a weekly sports tournament with 20,000 USD price pool. There is also a daily instant game tournament where free spins are given out. What we find confusing here is that all prizes are quoted in US dollars, while the welcome bonus comes in Indian rupees. It doesn’t make sense to me, but perhaps this part changes over time?

What happened to old Jackbit player accounts?
Both international and Indian players can still log in with old credentials, but are encouraged to change password. Some players might require to do additional verification steps. If you have any troubles with an old account, contact the live support.

Did withdrawal speed improve after the changes?
The new site is better built to handle transactions quickly. But it’s still manual approval on Jack, just like it was on Jackbit. During our latest test it was slightly over 1 hour to get the funds to our wallet.

Any new providers and games added?
Many game providers also appear unchanged and like before the name change. Providers search functionalityStill, crash games from 155 are new and so are slots from Betora and the developer Never Ending and Axolotl Games. So less than a handful of new providers, while all the old ones stayed. Sorting and searching for game providers just got so much easier. Few other casino sites have this kind of modern interface and UX. It’s really a a feast for the eyes, but they didn’t handle the sorting perfectly. You see, while the general slots category only show the correct list of providers, sub-categories such as Megaways don’t show what’s meant to be found (eg. only providers that have Megaways featured games). The same error is found for Bonus Buy and New Games. Crash games cannot be sorted based on provider, but for live casino they done the homework and only show providers with live games. They have an impressive amount of 16 different providers and there are several Indian live games from Wifinity Live, Imagine Live, Creedroomz, Pragmatic Play and Evolution. See the full list on Jack.

Licensing and regulatory changes
Jackbit used to have an Anjouan license (ALSI-072403003-F17) but upgraded to a Curacao license (OGL/2024/1800/1049). The team took the opportunity to go for a stronger and more established offshore regime, with a better reputation. I think this will be good and much appreciated by players that know how it works.

What existing players liked and disliked after the transition?
Betting activity seems way higher so it’s likely a positive change overall. Betting activity Jack

Did VPN usage rules change after the rebrand?
They have no details provided about VPN or proxy usage in their terms and conditions for Jack, and it was the same on Jackbit. It’s not needed to use a VPN for playing at Jack, so don’t worry about it too much.

Final verdict: Better than Jackbit or mostly cosmetic?
It’s mainly a cosmetic change, but they improved from Anjouan license to Curacao which is more trusted and respectable among frequent players. The UX is way better now, and the bonus is also clearer and easier to understand. What changed for the worse is a lack of Indian language as a menu alternative. Earlier, Hindi language was available all over but that’s removed for now which is one of the most negative points. However, by typing in /hi/ in the end of the URL, you can manually change to Hindi language on Jack. We believe it’s mostly a way of keeping it a bit hidden for now.
