I’m mainly interested in recent firsthand experience rather than old information, as payment acceptance can change by user, merchant, bank and transaction type.

I have seen mixed comments about SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Some users report instant deposits, while others mention failed, pending or reversed transactions. I’m also curious whether certain banks apply stricter payment blocks, lower transaction limits or extra checks, especially when several payments are made within a short period.

I mostly use HDFC Bank with PhonePe, and my experience has been fairly consistent over the last couple of months. Most deposits have gone through within a few seconds, but I did have one payment that stayed pending before it was automatically reversed later the same day. I haven't noticed any extra bank fees, although I usually keep my transactions relatively small.

For withdrawals, the processing time has depended more on the operator than the bank. Once the withdrawal was approved, the money generally reached my account within a few hours, although one transfer took until the following morning.

I'd also be interested to hear from anyone using SBI or ICICI Bank regularly. Have you noticed any difference in deposit success rates or withdrawal times compared with HDFC recently?

I've been using ICICI Bank with PhonePe for around 5-6 months. Deposits usually go through, but I've noticed that transactions late at night seem more likely to stay pending for a while before either completing or reversing automatically. I haven't been able to work out whether that's the bank, PhonePe or the merchant.

For withdrawals, once the casino approved them, the money generally reached my account in 2-6 hours. I haven't had any bank charges, although I normally stay well below ₹20,000 per transaction.

One thing I'm still wondering about is whether anyone has compared ICICI with SBI recently. I've seen people online saying SBI can sometimes be stricter, but I haven't found many recent experiences. Has anyone switched between the two and noticed a difference in deposit success or payment blocks?
